How we are keeping you safe in 2022

Australia is well and truly opening and we are pretty excited about it! 

We know all our customers are sick of being cooped up at home and are ready to get back out there and explore. 

But we also know that Covid is still around and people may still be a bit hesitant. So, we wanted to put your minds at ease and let you know all the things we are doing to make sure you are travelling safely in 2022.  

New Travel Protocols to Keep you Safe 

We have put in place a range of new safety protocols and are doing everything we can to keep you safe while travelling. 

Get the Jab! 

We have made the decision as a company that everyone who travels with us must now be fully vaccinated and will be asked to provide your vaccination certificate at the time of booking. This is to ensure we can keep all passengers as safe as possible.

RATs (Rapid Antigen Tests)

No we aren’t talking about the filthy rodents - but Rapid Antigen Tests (shocking abbreviation - we know!). 

Everyone who travels with us is required to take a RAT up to 12 hours before boarding and show a negative result. We will ask that instead of bringing your test with you, that you simply sign the provided Rapid Antigen Test Declaration to let us know that you have received a negative result. We hate nothing more than turning people away so please ensure this is done before arriving. 

We also think it’s a good idea to carry a supply of RATs with you on your travels - not only for your safety, but for the safety of the other passengers - and test yourself regularly. 

Masks Required on Board

We know wearing a mask for a long period of time isn’t overly pleasant but we do ask for your patience on this one. It is currently still a state requirement to wear a face mask on public transport so we do require all our passengers to have a mask on at all times while on our coaches. 

One Seat Per Passenger 

When you get onboard the coach you will choose your seat which will then be your seat for the entire trip. This is just another way we are trying to reduce the spread of germs and keep you safe. 

We are also ensuring extra space on our vehicles for social distancing. And if you have the opportunity to travel on our flash new luxury coach, you’ll have a single seat anyway! 

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance for your holidays and ensure this covers the possible impacts of COVID-19 (i.e, Comprehensive Travel Insurance with Coronavirus travel Cover)

We will also ask that you fill out a provided Travel insurance indemnity form stating whether you have decided to take out travel insurance or not.

Your Safety is our Number One Priority

Above all else, we want you to know that we will always do everything in our power to minimise your risk. 

Our staff are completely across all the current advice and news around Covid. We are following all developments and will never put you in a situation where you don’t feel safe. 

Your safety is our number one priority. 

But we also want you to have fun! Travel worry free knowing we are looking out for you when it comes to staying safe. All you have to do is focus on all the amazing things you’ll be seeing and experiencing.
