We can even come to your school and assist with all aspects of your school excursion planning and work within your tour budget.

At Langley’s, we like to say ‘one call, books all!’

With school excursions, you’ll often have seperate bookings for activities, transport and accommodation - all through different vendors and companies.

Your itinerary has to work for everyone, and you spend hours coordinating with each of the companies to make sure everyone is in sync. And, if the plan is interrupted or a spanner is thrown in the works - there’s a dozen phone calls you have to make, to reschedule everything.

This is just plain stressful - and unnecessary!

When we organise your excursion, it’s all in house - we deal with all that, it’s our job!

We will make all those phone calls for you, and we have relationships with the people on the other end of the phone.

We work with these companies and schools all the time - and have been for over 40 years. You don’t have to approach organisations in Sydney or Canberra - we can organise everything from here.

And we do a pretty good job of it, if we don’t say so ourselves!

The Langley’s Difference

They have wide and varied backgrounds and can provide running commentary during the excursion, if you’d like. They also know how to handle any situation that’s thrown their way, and will help you with the logistics.

We can plan your trip based around the curriculum, experience you want to provide your students and budget.

We can give you a detailed itinerary with all the information you need to ensure a smooth trip away. Where you need to be, at what time and what you need to bring - it’s all there!

Accomodation

We can book all your accommodation to ensure you are centrally situated and have everything you need.

We have been to many places! So we can help you choose from many great accommodation options.

Transport

We provide school excursion bus hire, should that be the only service you require - or as part of your package.

The safety of the children and teaching staff is our highest priority. Our modern coaches operate under the accreditation of Transport for New South Wales as a Long Distance, Tourist and Charter Coach Operator. They are maintained to the highest possible standard.

Any transfers that you may require that fall outside our capability will be booked through companies we have a relationship with. They all have excellent reputations for safety and quality.
