Safe Travels - How We Are Ensuring Your Safety On Our Coach Tours

We have so many customers eager to get back to travelling.

They call me saying ‘Phil, I’m sick of being cooped up! I need to get out of the house and go on another adventure!’

But - they are hesitant.

Because they don’t want to put themselves or others at risk - and they are worried about travelling during this uncertain time.

So we wanted to put your minds at ease, and let you know all the things we are doing to ensure you are travelling safely.

Because, as always - there is nothing more important than your safety. It is absolutely our number one priority.

New Protocols for Safe Travelling

There are a range of new safety protocols from the government we are following - and we have some of our own too.

Everyone who gets on a coach, or comes into the office, has to sign in and sanitise their hands. As with every venue around the country.

All our drivers sanitise their hands before any trip and have sanitiser on board for passengers to use.

For the bigger trips - every one of our passengers fills out a Health Questionnaire. This asks questions that will determine whether it is safe for them to travel in the current situation.

We’re talking things like - if they have felt unwell in the last 14 days, or if they have been to any hot spots. If anyone has been near a hot spot recently, we unfortunately have to inform them they will be unable to travel with us.

We also ensure extra space on our vehicles for social distancing. If you have the opportunity to travel in our fancy new luxury coach- you’ll have a single seat on that one anyway!

Clean, Clean, Clean!

The girls in the office have become a bit OCD.

Normally, I would be a bit concerned about them - but it does seem appropriate for current times.

We have purchased a high pressure misting/fogging machine. I’ll tell ya what, It’s a strange looking device. I did ask our Fleet Manager if it was necessary, but apparently we do very much need this futuristic looking machine. (Please note: it is not plugged in here, so we don’t need to wear our protective gear!)

I will concede - it does a brilliant job of cleaning our office and our coaches every time they return from a trip. And when it comes to hygiene, we only want the best.

Of course, we already had intense cleaning protocols in place for all our vehicles - but we’ve just gone even further above and beyond with extra precautions.

We Won’t Put You At Risk

Above all else, we want you to know - we will always do everything in our power to minimise risk.

We are completely across the latest news and advice around COVID19. We are following all government protocols and staying across where the hot spots are.

We will always put your safety first.

And we are here to answer your questions. The more the better!

So please, call our office and talk to us about any concerns you may have.

And if you require extra safety measures please let us know.
